Post on social media, earn P15.00

More Info:
  • By posting on social media at least once a day, you earn P15.00 credit.
  • The post that gets the most reach per week gets P50.
  • We’ll select the most creative post per month and winner gets P300.
  • You can convert your credits to cash at the end of each month.
  • Or, you can pay for orders at Ceferino using your credits anytime (at retail price, not discounted price).

As a Ceferino staff member, why should I post?
  • By posting at least once a day (even on your day off), you could earn up to P450 at the end of each month. P15 x 30 days = P450
  • You could think of it as like paying for commute fare
  • If you get the most reach weekly, you’ll also get P200 (P50 x 4 weeks).
  • And if one of your posts gets selected as the most creative, you’ll get another P300.
  • That’s a possible additional P950 every month (P450 + P200 + 300).

How to qualify:
  • To qualify, you must be a part of Ceferino staff.
  • Your posts should be original and promote Ceferino products and/or the venue.
  • Your posts should be on Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok. Tag Ceferino.
  • Posts should be done within 8am-9pm.
  • Staff must share a screenshot of their post on the “Ceferino Daily Social Media” Messenger group chat.

Tips & Guidelines:
  • We encourage staff to create content that genuinely engages with the audience rather than just posting for the sake of it.
  • To be efficient, we recommend planning and scheduling your posts in advance.
  • We also encourage staff to collaborate on posts to increase quality and foster a sense of teamwork and creativity.
  • If you need help with ideas or captions, we recommend utilizing ChatGPT. Ask us if you need help learning how to use it.
  • Spammy or low-quality content that doesn't reflect well on the brand will not earn credits.
  • Do not do posts that clearly include customers without their express consent. Let’s respect customer privacy.
  • As we learn more, we’ll add more tips and update guidelines.

Why are we doing this?
We think it’s a good way for Ceferino to have more online presence while rewarding staff that chooses to do so. The incentives are aligned.
