Guide for Text Message Orders

Standard Procedure:

When we receive an order via text message:

  • Reply to confirm the order.
  • After customer pays via GCash, prepare the order. 
 

Confirmation Message Template:
Hi [customer name], thanks for your ordrer.

1 x Chicken Salad Sandwich = P219
1 x Americano Hot = P95
2 x Chorizo Bowl Original/Single = P378
2 x Mango Shake = P200
Total = P892

If everything looks good, please send payment via GCash at 0956 228 5132.
We’ll prepare your order after we receive payment.


Message After Payment:
Thanks for the payment, [customer name]. We’re now preparing your order. It’ll be ready in [xx] minutes.

Please let us know if you’re picking up yourself or if you’re using a courier.
